Jeff, who was based in South Dakota at the time, performed the challenging restoration after a less skilled restorer had taken a crack at it years before. The 1971 VW Karmann Ghia convertible was ROUGH, but Jeff transformed it into a shining gem! He granted me permission to use his photos in this video. Thanks, Jeff!

We still own the car. I am presently converting it to electric power, after moving the 2332 stroker into our 1969 VW Double Cab. Stay tuned for videos of that EV conversion project...
