Machine composition:
Extruder part:
Using three extruders, ABC co-extrusion, three materials, three layers combined. This is a single-screw and twin-screw combined extruder system. A uses a single screw, while B and C use twin-screws. It is compatible with most plastic experimental needs in the market.
Die head:
It adopts in-mold compounding. There are three independently controlled flow channels inside the mold. The layer-to-layer distribution is precise, so that the thickness of each layer produced is highly accurate.
Casting:
Flat three-roller design, the three rollers can be interchanged at will, which can meet the production of different patterns, transparent and matte. Easy to shape, even cooling, uniform thickness.
X-ray thickness meter:
SCANTECH thickness meter helps technicians achieve thickness accuracy, thereby reducing the defective rate and improving the yield rate.
Stretching machine:
Improved strength (MDO can be used or not, and can be applied to the production of products with different properties)
Waste edge design:
The waste edge is rolled up for easy recycling. Rewinding; 3-inch air expansion shaft, online tension adjustment, maximum rewinding diameter 300mm.
