The highlight this week was running around Lake Wendouree in the city of Ballarat, Victoria. This is a beautiful lake with amazing bird life and a well maintained parameter walking track.
I also wanted to discuss my number one tip for consistency this week and that is getting up early. Getting up early between 5-5:30am helps to give me extra momentum for the day as well as extra energy from my morning run. Getting my run done in the mornings enables me to never miss a day and not have to worry about doing them in the afternoon.
Of course, getting up early only makes sense if you have a strong WHY or reason for doing so. Without that it is very difficult to be consistent with it long term. For me, my WHY for getting up early is, creating more momentum and energy for the day, which ensures I achieve all of my daily tasks.
Thanks for tuning in and I'll see you guys in the next one!
