Making Apple Butter from Apple Sauce Recipe
This recipe can be cut in half

14 to 15 cups unsweetened apple sauce
1 3/4 cup brown sugar
4 1/4 cups pure cane sugar
1 cups apple cider or apple juice
6 tab lemon juice
3 tsp vanilla extract
4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground clove
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 tsp salt
Process 15 min
