We make ammini kozhukattai ( mani kozhukattai, mini kozhukattai) in a different way. For the uninitiated, these are little dumplings made out of cooked rice flour, steamed and then tempered.

Kozhukattai is a important dish which we offer lord ganesh.These were very soft with a spicy flavourful masala coated, easy to make for Ganesh Chaturthi too.
