In this video, I show you a beautiful property that I worked on in the past, located in the Studio City Hills (near Hollywood Hills), which is now worth probably about $2.5 million-$3 million dollars.This house was previously owned by celebrities like Dennis Miller. I eventually talked the owner into turning this into one of the first Airbnb's that I did, for a while, as it was having a bit of trouble selling, even by top-notch realtors!
