Walking Slowly in the Rain and Thunder in Skyrim: Special Edition with 4K Ultra Max Graphics and Graphic Mods with ENB (see mod list in the description below). The walk covers the not snowy parts of the map.

I wanted to make a rain walk in Skyrim but it turned out to be somewhat challenging. I couldn't find other way but using the timescale command. This way the current weather can be locked and prevented from changing. But this had terrible side effect as it creates a bug that loads the ground textures very slowly in some places. Therefore, there are popping in the ground textures quite often. I'm very sorry for this, but it was the only way I could get it to rain permanently.

There is the original in-game background music in the first hour but after that I turned it off due to it starting to be a bit too repetitive.
