HWN-2042D is a folding mask making machine designed by HORNWELL ULTRASONIC for production of folding type masks including C-shape mask, duck-bill-like mask, butterfly-like mask, goldfish-like mask, etc. Machine seals nonwoven layers and filtering layers together by ultrasonic sealing principle and cut off waste material by rolling knife. Machine ability is making mask consists of 2~4 layers. Optional function including automatic nose wire inserting & exhaust valve hole cutting function are for customer's extra choice. Mask in different specifications in limit can be made by machine through changing moulds (ultrasonic welding rollers and cutting rollers). Machine finishes procedure process from material feeding-in to mask output and waste material collection by automatic operation.
