Each year Riso Gallo searches for young chefs (aged 18-23) who can inject personality, passion and creativity into their own vibrant and exciting risotto dish through the Gallo UK Young Risotto Chef of the Year competition – and we are thrilled to announce that two of our BSc Culinary Arts Management students, Jon Barr and Lewis Rogers, have reached the UK final!
The final will be held on Wednesday April 21 2021, with the contestants, their tutors and an esteemed panel of judges and supporters all joining virtually to share in the excitement.
Our students are the only students from Northern Ireland in the final and we couldn’t be prouder. Congratulations Jon and Lewis what an achievement to get this far!
