✅ Simple run the most recently saved timer = INT + OK.
✅ New Interval setting (Interval, Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, HIIT, FGB)
INT + EDIT + set the rounds of intervals (blue numbers) + EDIT+ workout time + EDIT + rest time + EDIT+ OK.
✅ Save the custom timer as a shortcut key
Set a custom timer (eg. EMOM timer) following the same instructions as the interval, before pressing OK, select a number (eg. number 1) where you want to save it.
➡️Next time press the number 1 key to activate the EMOM timer and then the OK key to start directly.
