This is super (g)old footage. Rob and Luke; let’s do another trip like this. What a time of our lives... It is crazy how much is forgotten but re-remembered again in videos :)
Also AMAZING job at Speedo Senior Sectionals 😜 love to see the bois competing.

I had a blast editing this video. I learned a great deal, especially when it came to techniques I want to employ in the future. The cringey voiceover was an idea I got from my buddy Koté; he executes it perfectly in his videos, and I don't know how to replicate it. Lmaooo. It's all good though, I left it in cuz this is all great practice :) I also got infinite inspiration from my buddy Finley, make sure to check out both of their channels below.

Releasing this video is kind of a milestone for me. I got surgery over six weeks ago on my right knee, and I have been on crutches until yesterday. During that time, I was grinding on the edit whenever I wasn't at PT or at the gym working on myself.
Today, I was able to walk around by myself in the gym. Obviously very slow, controlled walking; but walking nonetheless.
Whatever you plug away at, you'll get to it. Your mind is stronger than you think. Others will believe in you, when you don't even believe in yourself. That love is invaluable.

This has been a growing experience in multiple areas of my life. Mentally and physically. So here is a video I made for myself and my friends :) enjoy.
