In this video, we are going to create a network teaming in Windows 10 with PowerShell. I have tested with Windows 10 build 18363 and see that it is working great. There are 2 steps:
1. Combine 2 network intefaces into 1 with NetSwitchTeam
2. Configure Link Aggregation Group (LAG) in the switch
Video timeframe:
0:00 - Introduce about NetLbfo and NetSwitchTeam
1:26 - Command syntax
3:15 - Configure the Link Aggregation Group (LAG) on the TP Link TL-SG108E
5:38 - Remove NetSwitchTeam / NIC Teaming
NetLbfo - The NIC Teaming feature is available only on Windows Server 2012 and later server operating systems. This feature is not available on Windows 10 or any other client operating systems. Fortunately, there is another command "NetSwitchTeam" which could help to solve the issue.
