The Spedix 20A BLHELI_S Lite ESC is the smallest 20a ESC on the market today. They're super small, appear to be reliable, and have a great price. This ESC is great for small, compact builds and small enough to run on 3" builds as well.
In my case it served as an excellent replacement for my aging, expensive (overpriced) Vortex 250 Pro OneShot125 "ez" ESCs. Finally, the Vortex 250 Pro is running a modern ESC protocol with DShot 600!
I replaced all 4 of my original Vortex 250 Pro 20a ezESCs with these and I am pleased with the performance. Ripped 10 packs this afternoon with my GoPro Hero 5 session on, with some wind and everything was smooth sailing.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to access the ESCs via BLHELI_S but I believe that this is an issue with the Vortex FC and not the ESCs themselves. That is the only issue, but they fly fine on stock firmware so I'm not likely to modify that any time soon.
The firmware version shipped with these ESCs was updated enough to support Turtle Mode or "Flip Over on Crash" if you are looking for that feature.
