The bill states 10 years of imprisonment in the case of forceful conversion of religion. Top Congress leader, DK Shivkumar, joins Mirror Now to give his opinion on the matter. Congress has vehemently opposed to the bill, calling it a blot on the state of Karnataka. Congress even staged a walkout during the assembly when this bill was tabled.
