NASA leader, Raila Odinga, has been challenged to vacate his plans to be sworn in as the people's President, and the formation of the people's assemblies in the devolved units. Leaders from the North Rift, led by Uasin Gishu governor, Jackson Mandago, maintain that NASA's plans will derail Jubilee's development agenda.
