In this episode we run toward the Gulf of Mexico from Islamorada in search of Spanish Mackerel. We are on our Shallow Sport X3 bay boat and our friends Dawson, Frank, and Andrew join myself and Sara. After a few hours of fishing we have all the mackerel we want and head back home to cook it up. We decided to bake it in the oven, which everyone seemed to enjoy (but me). The kids were all over it! Enjoy!
