A 23 year old nulliparous lady with fundal intramural fibroid measuring 12x12cms with menorrhagia. her uterus was 20 weeks in size. The myoma had degenerated areas and LDH was on upper limit. MRI showed no other lesions. So we decided to go ahead with laparoscopic myomectomy with In-bag morcellation.
