You only need a few ingredients and 30 minutes to make a delicious appetizer!INGREDIENTS
3 bread slices
1 egg
100ml milk
50g grated parmesan cheese
Pepper
3 tbsp fresh parsley
3 tbsp bread crumbs
28 anchovy fillets
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Yogurt sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
170g Greek yogurt
1 lemon, zest
3 fresh mint leaves, chopped
METHOD
To make the sauce mix all the ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
Crush bread in a bowl. Beat 1 egg with milk. Add to the bread. Leave on for a few minutes and mash with your fingers. Add chopped parsley, cheese, pepper and breadcrumbs.
Put the stuffing on the anchovy fillet and close the other fillet.
Dip each stuffed anchovy into beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Fry the anchovies in a saucepan in oil until golden brown.
Serve stuffed anchovies with yoghurt sauce.
