My Smoke Flavoured Gouda has a very interesting taste. It is mildly smokey with a creamy paste and little to no acid development. I would even say it is milder than a regular Gouda.
Improvements; I would double the liquid smoke to 7.5 ml or 1 and a half teaspoons. I might even rub a little liquid smoke onto the rind before vac packing next time.
