Those real estate agents that pay for coaching earn multiples more than those who don't; More importantly, real estate investors benefit from a well-trained real estate agent. My intention is to create more deals for investors by making all brokers more effective in serving those investors. Coached agents procure far more deals for investors than non coached agents.

From 1999 to 2014 I was fortunate enough to build a successful commercial real estate brokerage business and was #1 in my market for years. The problem was I had no life (worked 80 hours a week), I was inefficient with my time, and I knew there were better ways to help investors buy and sell more multifamily deals.

In 2014 I finally decided to hire a coach with two goals: 1) to help investors buy and sell more multifamily deals, while 2) earning at least the same amount of money I already was but in under 50 hours a week. The results within 2 years were far beyond my wildest dreams. In fact, coaching opened my eyes to dreaming much bigger for me and my customers.

More and more of the world's most productive real estate agents, teams, and brokerages are hiring coaches to make them more efficient and effective for their customers, which in turn results in increased income.

In this video, I give the 5 main reasons why I believe all real estate agents, even those with tremendous success, should seek coaching now and forever. The longer real estate agents wait to hire the right coach, the further they'll get left behind by the competition. Real estate agents owe themselves and their customers the peace of mind they're doing the best they can to deliver world-class investment advice in the most efficient and effective way. Coaching provides that.
