A police case has been filed against 3 members of a fact-finding team of the Editors' Guild of India.
The FIR has been filed with Imphal West district police under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including promoting enmity between different groups and using as true such declaration knowing it to be false.
The Editors' Guild of India in its report said that there are clear indications that the leadership of the state became partisan during the conflict.
