Animals are God’s creation and He entrusted them to us, humans, when He gave us stewardship over them. It is disheartening that there are those who abuse them, abandon them and neglect them. We can pray this prayer to ask for God’s grace and mercy for abused and homeless animals that they may experience joy, peace, healing and love for the rest of their lives.
