I facilitated this session during a Training of Trainers program on Enterprise Development. The objective of the session--Participatory Training Methods--was to orient the future trainers on the methods to engage the adult learners in a classroom session. In the video, participants are rating various training methods on a scale of 1-10, based on their potential to engage the adult learners. Following this, a detailed discussion took place on the selection of the right facilitation method for the session. The session itself was a fantastic example of participant/learner/trainee engagement in such a classroom setting.
