Israel has successfully tested its upgraded Arrow III interceptor defence system that is designed to destroy missiles in outer space. That's according to the country's Defence Ministry which said that a test launch from an airbase south of Tel Aviv went according to plan while Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said after the launch that Israel's hand is always outstretched in peace, but that the Jewish state has to always be prepared for other possibilities.'
