~~ Ingredients ~~
• 325g/11.5oz/1½ cups mashed bananas (approximately 3 bananas)
• 175g/6oz/2cups ground almonds or almond flour
• 3 eggs
• A smidgen over 50ml/¼ cup maple syrup
• Pinch salt
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
