His Excellency Counsel Adly Mansour, the Interim President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and his official delegation arrived in Kuwait on a one-day official visit during which he held talks with His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
Following his departure, His Highness the Amir received a cable from Mansour, in which he expressed deep thanks and appreciation to the warm reception and hospitality accorded to him and to his delegation during his visit to the State of Kuwait that reflected the depth of the existing brotherly relations between the two countries and their will to further boosts those relations.
Moreover, the interim President said his visit and his meeting with His Highness the Amir aimed at expressing gratitude for the overwhelming support of the Egyptian people following the June 30th revolution.
He added that he was personally keen on removing all obstacles facing Kuwaiti investments in Egypt.
His Highness the Amir sent a reply cable thanking him for his warm sentiments and wishes and expressed his pleasure at the brotherly visit.
