Addressing the United Nations Security Council for the first time since India assumed temporary membership of the UNSC, EAM S Jaishankar proposed an eight-point Action Plan and urged member states to commit to 'zero tolerance' for terrorism.
This was the first time that minister Jaishankar made an intervention in the UNSC after India assumed temporary membership of the body on January 1, 2021.
