Hey there! Welcome to my first video :). In this video I bare my soul and share all of the details on how I think I was accepted into umich! I also share overall application advice that I've picked up along the way.
First, I wanted to acknowledge the privilege I have to be able to be attending this university. The family I was raised in, the color of my skin, and all of the privileges I have been given have been a huge support in getting me where I am today! Everyone, especially upper-middle class and white folks, that are given opportunities such as this one need to recognize this privilege and use it to support and stand up for POC.
