This video is of the northern shrine in Dragon Quest V SFC. This shrine is located north of Granvania and is first reachable only by using the flying shoes.
The hero learns that the kidnappers traveled north after arriving near the shrine. It seems that this was the escape route after kidnapping the hero's wife in Granvania.
