This is a surface called Neveplast that lets you ski anywhere, even without snow. It’s made of soft plastic fibers arranged in a circular pattern, and attached to a durable plastic sheet, that's secured to the ground. You can ski on it year-round, even in the summer! It’s a bit more challenging than snow, which makes it perfect for off-season training. Some athletes use it to sharpen their skills so that when winter comes around, skiing on snow feels even easier. Pretty cool, right?
