Over the years transfer deadline day has had it's fair share of iconic moments. One such incident occurred in 2013, free spending Queens Park Rangers showed interest in signing Peter Odemwingie. Then at West Brom Odemwingie was decent mid table player and was interested in the QPR project. To force a move he drove down to London to QPR's stadium Loftus Road, only problem, there was no agreement between QPR and West Brom which meant Odemwingie spent most of the day sitting outside QPR's stadium. Once the deadline day ended and there was no agreement reached between the clubs, Odemwingie had to do the embarrassing task, put car in reverse and drive back to West Brom. A move to force his hand publicly failed miserably and Odemwingie was left embarrassed.
