Food, fitness, and farming is the theme of this week's FAS TV as we visit John Carlisle and Emily Forsyth at Farm to Fork Nutrition in Lockerbie. John and Emily are elite athletes and combine their love for CrossFit and Hyrox with producing nutritionally balanced meals from livestock reared on their family farm and processed through their own Butchery and Abattoir business.
