In this video, I unbox and review the NECA Toys Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Punk Frogs 2-pack consisting of Rasputin and Genghis. These figures are based on the Punk Frogs appearance from the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon series and are exclusive to Target stores. No doubt that NECA will be producing the other two frogs Napoleon and Atilla in the future. The Punk Frogs first appeared in the TMNT cartoon episode entitled "Invasion of the Punk Frogs".
