Dual M.2 PCIe Adapter for SATA or PCIE NVMe SSD, M.2 SSD NVME (m Key) and SATA (b Key) 2280 2260 2242 2230 to PCI-e 3.0 x 4 Host Controller Expansion Card.
Dual M.2 Adapter for One M.2 NVMe SSD and One M.2 SATA SSD, Support PCIe 4.0/3.0 Full Speed.
1. 2 in 1 M.2 SSD Adapter: Install this adapter to the motherboard PCIe X4/X8/X16 slot, your PC will get 1 x M.2 PCIe slot (Key M) and 1 x M.2 SATA slot (Key B). (Note: can not work with PCIe X1 slot).
2. Mounting 1 x M.2 SATA SSD to M.2 SATA Slot (at the upper side): Firstly, please connect the adapter SATA port to the motherboard SATA port via SATA III cable (include). To be noted, to reach SATA III 6Gbps, the motherboard SATA port should have the SATA III feature.
3. Mounting 1 x M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD to M.2 PCIe Slot (at the below side): M.2 PCIe SSD can operate at PCIe X4 full speed. It's like being installed directly on the motherboard, and the speed is basically unaffected. Support PCIe 4.0/3.0 M.2 SSD. No capacity limitation, support 2T/4T capacity SSD
4. Support OS booting from M.2 NVMe SSD: Need to reinstall OS, and set up BIOS/UEFI booting from this M.2 NVMe SSD. (Note: Some motherboards are too old to set up OS booting from M.2 PCIe SSD. Additionally, Windows 7 may not support OS booting from M.2 PCIe SSD. In this case, M.2 PCIe SSD can be used as a storage disk)
5. OS compatibility: Plug and play in Windows 11/10/8/Linux/Mac OS. (Note: Windows 7 does not have a native NVMe driver, so can not support M.2 NVMe SSD)
