Weird TV appeared early 1995 on C-band satellite, a collage of original content, produced by Chuck Cirino, Todd Stevens and Arthur Maturo, as well as classic video clips from various video archives. No doubt, Weird TV is Weird! (And was creepy to watch late night on satellite TV).
