[About the project]
‘Night Shifts’ is an arts and science research project by artist Martin Kohout looking at the effect that night shift work can have on an individual, particularly how it impacts their relationships with friends and family. It took place in London over 2016/17.
Additional outcomes include a short film 'Slides' (2017), a book, 'Night Shifter' (2018) and an exhibition, 'Daylight Management' at London's Auto Italia gallery in Bethnal Green.
