Boris Johnson has hit out at anti-vaxxers spouting 'mumbo jumbo' on social media amid high levels of pressure on the NHS.
The Prime Minister made his first direct criticisms of those spreading misinformation on social media during a visit to a vaccination centre in Northampton this afternoon.
"I want to say to the antivax campaigners, the people who are putting this mumbo-jumbo on social media, they are completely wrong, and you haven't heard me say that before," he told reporters.
