Rhubarb, Bourbon & Bacon Jam Burger

4 Bacon & Cheddar Canadian Chuck Burgers (5 oz/150 g each)
4 hamburger buns
1 cup (250 mL) arugula
1/2 cup (125 mL) Rhubarb, Bourbon & Bacon Jam (see recipe)
4 tomato slices
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. On barbecue preheated to medium-high, grill burger patties 5 to 6 min. per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
2. Split the buns. Place arugula on bottom halves of buns. Top each with a burger patty, 2 tbsp (30 mL) Rhubarb, Bourbon & Bacon Jam, a tomato slice and red onion. Cap with top buns.
Tip: Leftover Rhubarb, Bourbon & Bacon Jam can be added to grilled cheese sandwiches, served on cheese platters or stirred into mac 'n' cheese.

Peanut Butter & Sriracha Burger Recipe:
¼ cup Sensations by Compliments Spirited Mickie Seriously Sriracha BBQ Sauce
¼ cup smooth peanut butter
4 Canadian Chuck Burgers
4 Compliments Balance Multi Whole Grain In The Thin Buns
1 cup coarsely grated carrot
¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions
In small bowl, blend sriracha barbecue sauce with peanut butter. Set aside.
On barbecue preheated to medium-high, grill burger patties 5 to 6 min. per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Split the buns. Place burger patties on bottom halves of buns. Top with reserved sauce, carrot, cilantro and green onion. Cap with top buns.
TIP: Substitute soy butter for nut-free alternative.

Jalapeno & Cheddar Huli Huli Burger (Heat)
Prep time: 10 min.
Total time: 25 min.
Serves: 4
4 Canadian Chuck Jalapeno & Cheddar Burgers (5 oz/150 g each)
4 whole-wheat buns
4 slices Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup (75 mL) Sensations by Compliments Hawaiian-Style Huli Huli BBQ Sauce
1 cup (250 mL) shredded iceberg lettuce
8 hot pickle slices
Directions:
1. Arrange burgers on grill preheated to medium-high heat. Cook 5 to 6 min. per side or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). In the last 2 min. of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each burger to melt.
2. Divide lettuce evenly over bottom halves of burger buns. Arrange patties over top lettuce. Garnish with barbecue sauce and pickles.
Tip: For extra spice, add pickled peppers.
