Lufthansa announced earnings won’t grow this year, with the first-quarter loss widening from last year. Europe’s largest airline group has seen operations disrupted by waves of strikes, including a two-day walkout this week that disabled flights across Germany. Lufthansa said its operations on Thursday and Friday will be limited to between 10% and 20% of its flight schedule. Bloomberg's Oliver Crook reports.
