Hurricane Sam remains a powerful hurricane who will likely remain out in the Atlantic Ocean. Meanwhile, two other areas have a chance of becoming a tropical depression this week. As we head toward October, forecasters say storms are more likely to develop the Caribbean and the Gulf.
