In this weeks video I go over injecting a pork butt! This video is part 1 of a 2 part series and it is a simple pulled pork recipe. I go over how I inject a pork butt as well as what kind of injection I use and the equipment I use to do it! As I state in the video when it comes to injecting you do not have to do it but if you've smoked a bunch of butts and want to try something different I suggest you give it shot!
