Today I will make hot and spicy radish stick kimchi [ salad].
Also called musaengchae.
This is a very popular Korean side dish .
You might have tasted this at a Korean restaurant before.
My recipe is quick and super easy so you will be able to make this at home.
I will cut the radish into matchsticks and mix it with a sauce.

Ingredients
1.4 kg Korean radish (peeled and cleaned)
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Coarse Salt
½ cup Chopped green onion
⅓ cup Gochugaru
1 ½ tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tbsp Minced garlic (about 5-6 cloves, depending on size)
Garnish (optional)
Sesame oil (use amount desired)
Roasted sesame seeds (use amount desired)
