DROP THE TEMPERATURE TO 320 ADD YOUR TOPPINGS AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES
SWEET AND SALTY CASSAVA CAKE
5 cups of grated fresh cassava
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 medium size eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 canned coconut milk
1 canned evaporated milk
1 canned fresh milk (Use the same can to measure the fresh milk) OPTIONAL FOR MORE SOFTER CAKE
1/2 canned condensed milk (leave the half for topping later)
BAKE TO 380 DEGREES FOR 50 MINUTES,
TO OUT TOPPINGS:
1/2 CANNED CONDENSED MILK
1/2 CUP SHREDED CHEDDAR CHEESE, BUY THE TINIEST SHRED
*** AFTER YOU ADD THE TOPPINGS PUT IT BACK THE OVEN AND LEAVE IT FOR ANOTHER 15 MINUTES
*** THEN DROP THE TEMPERATURE TO 320 AND BAKE FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTE, THIS TIME YOU HAVE TO COVER THE CAKE WITH FOIL, DOUBLE THE FOIL SO THAT THE TOPPINGS WILL NOT BE BURNED
