1. Select the formula according to the customer's order requirements.
2. Under the guidance of the engineer, skilled technical workers will start mixing rubber (such as Cr and HNBR for synchronous belt, EPDM, Cr and NR for PK belt and V belt, and rubber with special proportion for other industrial belt and agricultural machinery belt)
3. Calender the rubber and press them into blocks of uniform width, which look like smooth cloth
4. Cut the calendered rubber into corresponding length according to the size and width of the mold (the model used in the production of belt).
5. Wind the cut rubber block onto the mold, wind the wire, cloth and form
6. Put it into the vulcanization cylinder, set the time and temperature, and let the belt vulcanize
7. The vulcanized model shall be put into the cold pool for cooling and demoulding
8. The belt barrel after demoulding needs to be polished smooth
9. Cut to the corresponding width
