Matcha swiss roll is one of my favourite cake in the world. I’d love to eat this with my favourite cup of organic peppermint tea.
This recipe doesn’t have a baking powder, and baking soda.
Here are the complete ingredients:
First step:
Combine the ingredients:
3 egg yolks (room temperature)
7 grams of white sugar
15ml oil
20ml milk (i used milk powder dissolved in water)
10 grams matcha powder (sifted)
55 grams of self rising flour (sifted)
Second step:
Making meringue
Beat the egg whites add the sugar gradually
3 egg whites (room temperature)
45grams of white sugar
