Hello, and welcome to the underworld.
This is a new combo, made possible by the recent arrival of Immortal Dragon in the new zombie structure deck. It ends on a Union Carrier, a Bardiche equipped with Dragon Buster Destruction Sword, an Avramax that's protected by both I:P Masquerena and Crusadia Arboria, a DPE, and your choice of Phantom Knights' Fog Blade or Wing. I personally prefer Wing in this build, because it can protect the Bardiche, which indirectly protects Dragon Buster.
Here is the deck list I used in this video (this duel is at DLv 20, in the current Duelist Cup):

Some pros and cons of this deck, compared to other 3-axis builds:
Pros:
- If the combo is successful, you have Plaguespreader Zombie, Destiny HERO Denier, and Malicious in the GY for follow-up plays next turn.
- Plaguespreader Zombie lets you fix your hand up to twice over the course of the turn, meaning even if you draw Synchro Fusionist, one of the Destiny HEROs, or an equip spell, you can put them away as needed.
- This build has a lot of backup plays and baiting opportunities, especially if you make minor tweaks to the extra deck; for example, many people normally wait to hit Bardiche with Veiler/Imperm, but the Immortal Dragon sometimes forces that negate, instead, which could mean it stays level 6 for Isolde into Doppel Warrior for a Borreload Savage Dragon (not in my current build). Worst-case scenario, you can almost always end on Verte into DPE, even after 2 or 3 negates.
Cons:
- The synchro monsters take up 4 slots in the extra deck, which makes it hard to fit anything other than the main combo, plus a few general utility cards like Almiraj, Break Sword, and Underworld Goddess. I would normally like to run cards like Raider's Knight into Arc Rebellion, along with Knightmare Unicorn, but this synchro combo takes up too many slots to fit that.
- The main deck needs a lot of "soft-Garnets" (by this, I mean they don't ruin the combo if you draw them, but they're still bricks that waste hand slots that could've been extenders). This means it pretty much needs 50+ cards to balance out to a playable starter/extender/brick ratio, which makes Tour Guide herself inconsistent. That said, Sangan plus any level 3 extender, or Cherubini plus any level 3 tuner are both effectively the same thing as a Tour Guide; she just does it in 1 card, and is ideal, when possible.
