Our journey through Hanapēpē continues to Salt Pond beach park. Salt Pond is a beach park safe enough for swimming for people of all ages and you’ll even have an opportunity to see a fisherman fishing patiently waiting to cast his net. Then we will hear the tail of the origin of the red clay salt beds. This is a traditional Hawaiian production of sea salt used for many purposes. Holoholo kākou! Let’s cruise!
