The Ontario Lease Agreement is where all the fun starts for landlords in their rental property management. While it is important to have a solid lease agreement in Ontario and understand the lease agreement format, you must also understand how to include the additional terms!

Landlords want to know how to make a lease agreement, or better yet, how to write a lease agreement. But with certain things becoming standardized, you only have to write in certain sections that become required such as the additional terms section. This is where we create a building policy. The rental lease agreement forms must be detailed and inclusive of various terms and conditions that the standard ontario lease agreement doesn't have. Examples will include matters such as; move in hours, move out hours, guest policies, maintenance procedures and so on...
