Here's a hidden room in one of the test in Chapter 2 - The Cold Boot. It is known as the Ratman's room. Ratman is a scientist which you seen in the Portal 2 official comic - Lab Rat, you can check it out in the thinkwithportal site.

NOTE: The radio isn't suppose to be there, I brought it in before I recorded it. The radio has Still Alive on from Portal 1 until you bring it into the room, like in the video, the radio just gone crazy or something. You can earn an achievement/trophy called Final Transmission by bringing the radio into the room.
