I just had to do something positive today; so I recorded this video in response to your encouraging feedback from my article Rise of the Self Leader. Thank you!
It seems many of us want to make choices to get through this time and out the other side as better people, families, friends, communities and colleagues.
Whatever the challenge of the day, we want to be equipped to be in control of our attitudes, emotions and actions. In doing so, we become Self Leaders. Let's build our self leadership skills.
We are all uniquely resourceful. We can turn a difficult day in to a better day for ourselves and others. We can emerge from this ‘moment’ with regenerated mindsets, relationships and organisational health.
It’s up to each one of us. Let’s choose to go there. Now is the time for the self leader. I believe in all of YOU.
